Cottage Cheese Chips – A Crunchy Protein Snack

Ingredients:

1 cup cottage cheese (full-fat or low-fat)
1/2 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
1 tbsp olive oil
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/4 tsp paprika
Salt & pepper to taste
Preparation:

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a bowl, mix the cottage cheese, shredded cheese, olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper until well combined.
Spoon the mixture in small, evenly spaced mounds onto the prepared baking sheet.
Flatten each mound with a spoon or your fingers to form small circles.
Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until golden and crispy around the edges.
Let cool for a few minutes, then enjoy your crunchy, protein-packed snack!
